1. How do I book a tour?

SEND REQUEST: Please send us your request by email.

OFFER AND TERMS & CONDITIONS: You will receive a tailored offer along with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

SIGN THE GTC: Please return the signed GTC to us for final booking confirmation.

CONFIRMATION AND PROGRAM: Once we have received the signed GTC, we will reserve a guide for your tour, take care of all necessary bookings, and send you a detailed program including the guide’s mobile number.

2. How is payment made?

- For amounts up to €1,000: 

100% of the total amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the excursion.



- For amounts over €1,000: 

50% of the total amount is due upon booking of the tour, and the remaining 50% no later than 14 days before the start of the excursion.

- In the case of short-term bookings, 100% of the total amount is due upon confirmation of the booking.
 

Payment can easily be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Please note that credit card payments or cash payments are unfortunately not possible.

3. Where can I find the prices for the tours?

Our tour prices are individual and depend on various factors. Simply send us a request, and we will provide you with a customized offer.

4. Are the prices per person or per tour?

Our prices are always per tour, not per person. The only exception is our public tours, where the price is per person since individuals can register.

5. What are the cancellation terms?

In case of cancellation after the contract has been concluded, the following fees apply (the date of receipt of cancellation at ga-munich is decisive):

Up to 14 days before the tour: 30% of the invoice amount

14 to 8 days before the tour: 50% of the invoice amount

8 to 3 days before the tour: 80% of the invoice amount

From 2 days before the tour: 100% of the invoice amount

6. What is the maximum group size?

We offer tours for groups of up to 20 participants. For larger groups, we provide audio guide devices for an additional fee or split the group.

For bike tours, the maximum group size is 15 participants per guide.

7. Can I book a tour at short notice?

Short-notice bookings are possible, depending on the availability of our guides.

8. Can I book a private tour for a small group?

Yes, we offer exclusive private tours for small groups or even for individuals.

9. Can I receive an invoice with VAT shown?

Yes, we will issue an official invoice with VAT listed.

10. Are there discounts for pupils and students?

Yes, pupils and students receive a special discount.
