Between Dantebad and Rotkreuzplatz

With the “Wohnen am Dantebad” project, Munich is setting new standards in affordable housing development. Within just a few months, modern and affordable apartments were built on a former parking lot. The ensemble was later expanded with the “Wohnen am Dantebad II” project at Reinmarplatz.
In the immediate vicinity are the listed Borstei, the historic Neuhausen housing estate by Hans Döllgast, and the Westfriedhof subway station, renowned for its iconic lighting design by Ingo Maurer.
Other architectural highlights nearby include the contemporary Herz-Jesu Church and the inspiring House of Architecture – impressive examples of Munich’s vibrant architectural culture.
